Single Sessions or Packages
This session introduces you to EMS and gives you your first experience with an EMS training session. It is conducted in our Oakbrook Terrace studio.
This is a full session of EMS fitness training and it will last 20 minutes. One or two sessions a week are recommended depending on your toning and weight loss goals.
